Ms. Kalyani Sethuraman, IRAS
Ms. Kalyani Sethuraman, IRAS (1994 Batch), CVO/HAL has taken over the additional charge for the post of CVO/AVNL with effect from 16.10.2025.
Ms. Kalyani Sethuraman, completed M.Sc. in Chemistry from Central University, Hyderabad in the year 1990. She also holds an MBA in Public Policy and Business Administration from IIM, Bangalore and Post Graduate Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
Before joining as CVO HAL, Ms. Kalyani served as ADRM in South-Western Railway, Bengaluru Division. She was on deputation to Department of Space as Director (Budget, Project & Legal) from July 2012 to December 2017.
As part of United Nation Development Programme, Ms. Kalyani served as Advisor (Director) in Kabul (Afghanistan) from 2007 to 2008, under Ministry of Culture / Ministry of Higher Education.
She has 30 years of vast experience with Govt. of India in diverse areas like Budget & Finance, Procurement, General Administration, Personnel Management, IT and Training of young recruits.
