The purpose of the scheme is to allow short term exposure of "selected candidates” to the functioning of the different Verticals/Divisions/Units of Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited, a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence as 'Interns' for first-hand experience and learning.
